“Musical” with sound by Viennese composer and musician Noid (aka Arnold Haberl) takes dramaturgical inspiration from comic burlesque and British Music Hall performance as a starting point to consider the relationship between music and dance. Mixing the languages of abstraction and burlesque, the sound in this work is generated primarily by the dancers bodies and voices. The 'musical' score is a result of the synchronous coming together and apart of movement and sound.
